The Integrated Management System (IMS) Policies have been incorporated into Devoteam Portugal vision and values, and are aligned with the needs of all Stakeholders.

As we present our Quality Policy and Information Security Policy, we reaffirm our commitment to these core principles. These policies are not just guidelines but are integral to our operational ethos, driving us to continually improve and safeguard the trust placed in us by our customers and partners.

Quality Policy

Devoteam Portugal Quality Policy is based on the following commitments:

  • To systematically satisfy our Customers by meeting their requirements and expectations, as only satisfied Customers ensure the existence of the company;

  • To ensure an adequate level of quality, providing partners and employees with transparency, trust, integrity and services to meet their needs efficiently;

  • Ensuring the high level of competence of all employees and a culture that favours their commitment, technical development and excellence in customer relations;

  • To continuously improve the efficiency of our operation, not only by reacting appropriately to failures, but also by anticipating potential issues;

  • Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of internal processes;

  • Promote management by objectives and continuously monitor KPIs in order to increase performance.

Information Security Policy

Devoteam Portugal Information Security Policies are based on 6 principles:

  1. Confidentiality: Ensuring that sensitive information is accessed only by authorised individuals and protected from unauthorised access or disclosure.

  2. Integrity: Maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness of data over its entire lifecycle, preventing unauthorised modification or destruction.

  3. Availability: Ensuring that information and critical systems are available and accessible to authorised users when needed, minimising downtime and disruptions.

  4. Accountability: Ensuring that all actions related to information security are traceable to responsible individuals, promoting transparency and responsibility.

  5. Non-repudiation: Providing proof of the origin and integrity of data, preventing any false denial of actions.

  6. Compliance: Adhering to relevant laws, regulations, standards, and policies related to information security, ensuring the organisation meets its legal and regulatory obligations.
