Another edition of the OutSystems Academy begins today, an initiative that has 7 participants from various Portuguese locations and which aims, for 4 weeks, to provide theoretical and practical training on the OutSystems universe. In addition to providing a first professional experience to some students and contributing to their integration into the job market, this Academy also aims to develop and promote Outsystems technology.
During these 4 weeks, the trainees will do their theoretical training based on the official contents of OutSystems, from which they will have to develop an Outsystems application, which will work as the final project of the Academy. At the end of this period, they will be inserted into real projects for another 8 months.
During this program, each trainee will be accompanied by a coach whose main responsibilities will be to challenge, coordinate, provide feedback and clarify trainees’ doubts throughout this journey. In addition, the coach will also be someone who accompanies the trainee in their day-to-day work, who gives the necessary support and guarantees a positive and pedagogical experience for everyone!
