On the 21st and 22nd of February 2024, Devoteam was present at Convento do Beato, in Lisbon, for the latest edition of Building the Future, one of the main digital transformation events in Portugal.
Pedro André Martins, Executive Director & Head of Data & AI at Devoteam, participated in the “Customer Story by Devoteam” session, where the Generative AI projects developed at CTT and Millennium Bcp were presented. The session had as speakers Pedro Martins, Cláudia Serra, Director of Support and Voice of the Customer at CTT, and Nuno Reis, IT Director at Millennium Bcp. Among the projects presented was “Helena“, the first chatbot with Generative Artificial Intelligence for customer service in Europe.
